Dashboard Users

Dashboard Users

Dashboard users are people from your team who can access your vivenu dashboard and thus access events, statistics, sales figures and settings. You can restrict which access they get via roles. Note that you enable users for the POS app or the Access Control app through a different module. A dashboard user can log in with their data via https://dashboard.vivenu.com.

Attention: Please contact our support team if you want to grant access to a third party who was not originally included in the platform agreement.

Organizer Access

In the Organizer Access view, you can see which organizer accounts the user has access to. This should usually be the organizer you are operating with. If you use multiple organizers via vivenu, the access can be extended per user. To extend an organizer access you can simply write to vivenu support via the chat in the dashboard. Please provide us with the user's email and the name of the organizer whose access you want to extend.

Note: Organizer accesses can only be adjusted by vivenu support.

Manage Roles

The user roles can be customized via the Permissions & Roles view. By default, the Admin role is always selected. When creating new users, however, this can be adjusted directly. Roles can be changed and customized at any time. They can also be combined with each other.

Follow these steps to customize the role:

  1. In the Settings and Users module, select the user for whom you want to customize the roles. The user details will open.
