Ticket rebooking allows customers to change their tickets from one event to another or within the same event to different tickets without requiring a refund. This eliminates the need for prior cancellation, and any additional charges are processed as a new transaction. When rebooking to cheaper tickets, the price difference is forfeited, avoiding any additional losses.
There are two ways to offer ticket rebooking:
Internal Rebooking
Internal rebooking is performed by you through the dashboard. These can be made at any time and from any ticket to any other ticket. No additional settings are required.
Self-Service Rebooking
Self-service rebooking allows your customers to change their tickets on their own. Through rebooking strategies, you can define which tickets can be rebooked, preventing unauthorized changes. This reduces the support workload and offers maximum flexibility.
