With Delivery Types, you can set fees for the shipping of hard tickets or products. Delivery types are calculated per order and can be adjusted based on the country or items in the shopping cart. You can store an unlimited number of delivery types in the system. This allows customers to choose their preferred delivery method, such as pickup or shipping.

A delivery type appears in the customer's checkout on the detail page where they enter their address information. It is only made available for selection if at least one physical product is in the shopping cart. Note that a checkout cannot proceed without selecting a delivery type. If only one delivery type is configured, it will be automatically selected.

Key Points:

  1. Delivery types are displayed to the customer at checkout on the detail page.

  2. They become visible only when at least one physical product is in the shopping cart.

  3. Physical products include hard tickets, products with the status Fulfillable, and vouchers with the same status.

  4. A customer cannot proceed to checkout without selecting a delivery type. If only one delivery type is configured, it will be automatically selected.

Create and Edit

  1. Navigate to the Settings module and select the Delivery Types tab.

  2. Click on Add to create a new delivery type. A new window will open, and the settings are explained below.

  3. Alternatively, you can click on the pencil icon for an existing delivery type to modify settings.

For the sake of better readability, the simultaneous use of the language forms male, female and diverse (m/f/d) is waived. All personal designations apply equally to all genders.
