Tickets can not only be checked in via the Access Control App or an Access Control Integration, but alternatively also directly via the vivenu Dashboard or the POS App.

Usage examples for the Dashboard Checkin:

  1. In addition to the check-in, other ticket purchaser data must be verified.

  2. The checkin is triggered directly by the cashier.

  3. The badge printing function is also used.

  4. Check in tickets after the event without using an access control device.

  5. and much more.

Difference of Dashboard Checkin and POS App Checkin

  1. Through both ways, check-in works the same way and requires the same setup.

  2. The POS App Checkin is suitable for cases where ticket printing is additionally required. Printing from the dashboard in the browser is not possible.

For the sake of better readability, the simultaneous use of the language forms male, female and diverse (m/f/d) is waived. All personal designations apply equally to all genders.
