Time Slots
Time SlotsGeneral
The Time slots are used for venues like attractions, museums, and brand homes to manage timed entry access effectively. They allow you to control visitor flow by setting specific time allocations for ticket usage. Time Slots are linked to one or several categories and their underlying ticket types.
Time slots
You can create multiple time slots per day. Each time slot can be assigned a volume (capacity limit) to regulate visitor numbers. You can link time slots to ticket categories and ticket types.
Recurring Events and Overriding time slot configurations
When you set up recurring events with time slots, you can override configurations for exceptions (e.g., different time slot schedules or capacities on weekends vs. weekdays).
Time slot start time on Tickets
Time slot start times are displayed dynamically on ticket templates, replacing the standard event start times. Tickets automatically adjust to reflect the selected time slot information.
Selling time slots tickets
The time slot selection process is integrated across sales channels: online checkout, POS, and internal bookings. Time slots are supported in combination with checkout steps, and bundles.
Reporting and List views
You can group tickets by time slot in ticket reports to analyze visitor patterns, forecast attendance, or pinpoint peak times and better plan your resource allocation. Transaction and Purchase Intent list views can be customized to include time slots as a column.
Pro Tip: Use recurrence schemes to override time slot volumes and availability configurations
