Install from the Marketplace: Go to the marketplace in vivenu and click "Install" for the HubSpot app.
Grant Permissions: Give HubSpot the necessary permissions to connect with your vivenu account.
Setting Up Data Synchronization
Prepare HubSpot Fields: Before mapping, ensure all the vivenu fields you want to synchronize have corresponding fields created in HubSpot.
Map Your Data: Connect vivenu data fields (from customer API, data fields API, customer tags, transactions, and tickets) to their respective HubSpot fields. This tells the integration where to store your vivenu information in HubSpot.
Choose What to Synchronize: Toggle on the specific data you wish to synchronize between vivenu and HubSpot.
How vivenu Data Appears in HubSpot
Here's a breakdown of how your vivenu data is structured once it synchronizes with HubSpot:
Customers become Contacts: A vivenu customer will appear as a HubSpot contact. The following standard HubSpot contact fields are automatically populated.

Expand allExtra Fields become Custom Properties
If you're using Customer Extra Fields in vivenu, they will be created as custom contact properties in HubSpot. This happens the first time an extra field is exported that HubSpot has not seen before.
Customer Tags become Contact Lists
Your vivenu customer tags will automatically generate HubSpot contact lists. Each new tag encountered will create a new list, and the corresponding contact will be added to it.
Note: contacts are added to these lists but are not removed if a tag changes
Transactions become Deals
Every vivenu transaction is exported as a HubSpot deal. Only transactions with a status of COMPLETE or CANCELED are synced (new or reserved transactions will not appear). The integration also creates an association between the relevant HubSpot contact and the new HubSpot deal.
Note: Only the fields you've specifically mapped in your integration dashboard will be exported
