Create Your Klaviyo Account

  1. Get started by creating a Klaviyo account. You will need this to link vivenu and Klaviyo.

Install the Klaviyo Integration in vivenu

  1. In your vivenu marketplace, search for "Klaviyo."

  2. Click the "Install" button.

  3. You will be asked to confirm the connection between your seller account and Klaviyo. Allow this.

Connect Your Klaviyo Account

  1. You should now be on the integration page. Click "Connect."

  2. A pop-up will appear. Log into your Klaviyo account.

Confirm Live Connection

  1. Once you have successfully connected your Klaviyo account, the status on the bottom left of the page should change to a green "Live."

Choose Your Data Sharing Level

  1. Under "Settings" within the integration, decide if you want to send:

    1. Only customer data, OR

    2. Customer data and "server events."

      1. Server events are actions customers take on your dashboard, like completing a checkout, making a transaction, or creating a ticket.

Select Specific Server Events (if applicable)

  1. If you chose to include server events, go to the "Server Events" tab.

  2. You will see a list of data points. Select all of them, or pick only the ones you want to transfer from vivenu to Klaviyo.

Activate and Test

  1. Click "Update" to save your settings.

  2. Then, "Activate" your integration.

  3. Perform a test transaction on your vivenu dashboard.

  4. Check Klaviyo to ensure the transaction data has appeared. Klaviyo does not support backfill.
