“Accounting” is your primary resource for all financial documents and information. Here’s what you’ll find in this section:

What can I find under Accounting?Balance

The Balance shows your current financial standing with vivenu. It reflects the payout amount (for managed Payment users) or the amount you owe to us (for users with their own payment processing). A positive balance means vivenu owes you (the seller) money; a negative balance indicates that you owe money to vivenu. The following transactions are recorded here:

3. Pay-ins (money you send to our vivenu account)

4. Pay-outs (money we have sent to your bank account)

This section provides documents and information to support you in reconciling your records with the processed transactions in vivenu:

What can I find under Accounting?Invoices

This is where all your invoices are located. You can download individual invoices in PDF format (for customers in Germany: those documents are also ZUGFERD compliant), or do a bulk download which will provide a ZIP file containing all invoices.
