With managed Payments, we handle ticket buyer payments on behalf of the seller through a fully integrated Stripe solution. Our payment portal is designed to offer a seamless and stress-free payment experience. We collect all revenues via vivenu Payment and pay them out after subtracting our fees, which means there’s no need to have an additional third-party provider.

A payout is always the balance amount. What the balance includes can be found under Accounting > Balance. In essence, the payout is the revenue collected by vivenu minus the invoices and fees yet to be invoiced for that event.
