Secret shops allow you to manage alternative settings for an event, such as different ticket prices, allocations, seating options, access rights, and sales periods. These shops enable you to separately control variants and offers that differ from the regular online shop. Access to secret shops can be restricted to specific customer groups, secured with a password, or activated exclusively for internal use or the POS.

Since secret shops are not indexed, they are not publicly visible to regular ticket buyers unless intentionally shared. From the ticket buyer's perspective, a secret shop appears the same as a regular event. A standard checkout process is displayed, allowing ticket purchases. However, the available offers or access may differ from those in the online shop. This setup allows you to provide specific customer groups with access to alternative tickets and prices without them realizing they are in a secret shop.

Use Cases

  1. Alternative ticket prices or fees at the POS

  2. Internal access to restricted ticket types and seats

  3. Discounted ticket prices for your VIP customers

  4. Early bird access to your ticket shop

  5. Sponsor allocation management

  6. And more

The following articles provide a detailed explanation of the various options and settings available for secret shops.
