The vivenu POS (Point of Sale) app allows event organizers to manage on-site ticket and merchandise sales efficiently.

Access it via https://dashboard.vivenu.com/downloads

There are different versions of the POS app.

- Browser app and desktop app

- Operating system (Windows and Mac OS)

Note: There is no version available for iOS or Android, as all printer drivers are provided for Windows and Mac OS only.

Limits of the Browser version of the POS App

1. Can only address network printers (e.g. laserjet printers).

2. Login works via the vivenu dashboard with the stored POS user data.

Desktop Version - POS App

1. Can print to any printer that can process PDF files.

2. The app must be downloaded as a program. The login works via the POS user data. Please ask your account manager to get access to the download file.

Pro Tip: You don't have to choose one version. Both versions can be used in parallel and exchanged at any time.

Computer

Any computer, laptop, or tablet that has a Windows or Mac OS operating system can be used.

Printer

For the desktop version, any printer that can output PDF files can be used. This includes, for example, ticket, receipt, plastic card, label or laser jet printers. Before use, the printer driver must be downloaded and set up on the computer.

Scanner

If a scanner is to be used for scanning vouchers or also for access control, any handheld scanner that can be connected to the computer can be used.

Pro Tip: A connection to our vivenu Access Control App and therefore to smartphones, is not possible.
