Setup
To check in via the Dashboard or the POS app, we recommend using a scanner. Alternatively, the check-in can also be done by entering the barcode or the ticket search.
Set up scanner
Any device that can read 1D or 2D barcodes and connect to your computer can be used as a scanner. This connection can take place for example via USB but also via Bluetooth.
Note: A connection between our Access Control App and Dashboard Checkin is not possible.
Ensure the following:
The scanner must be able to read 1D or 2D barcodes.
The scanner must be connected to the PC.
The scanner language should be set to your language. How this works can be found in the scanner manual.
Afterwards, the scanner can be used directly for the Dashboard Checkin.
