AccountingX Reports & Z Reports
X Report
X Reports are snapshots of the turnover from the same cash register session. The start date always corresponds to the time of the last cash register opening. They can be generated at any time and as often as desired. The data is not reset during generation.
Use X Reports to view reports after shift changes or at specific times of day, for example.
To generate an X Report, go to the POS module in the POS App and click on Generate X Report.
Note: An X Report can only be generated as a receipt with a connected receipt printer. There is no digital version.
Z Report
Z Reports correspond to a final report that is generated when the cash register is closed. It cannot be triggered manually, but is generated automatically when the cash register is closed.
The "Z" in the name is the last letter in the alphabet and represents the end of the day. Use Z reports to close the cash register at the end of the day.
To generate a Z Report, go to the POS module in the POS App and click on Close Session. Confirm your selection with Confirm.

Type -- Tags help to mark and color code the action. There are predefined tags for each action. They show what payment method was used (cash, debit, credit card), what action was taken (sale, cancellation) or if a session was closed or opened.
Expand allAccountingStatistics
The POS Statistics section of the Dashboard provides you with a clear view of your key performance indicators for the selected POS. The display is similar to the view in the Statistics module of the Dashboard.
Note: The statistics via the POS module only show the values generated by the respective POS. Figures from other cash registers or from online sales are not included.
Filter statistics
In the upper part of the page you can set the time periods of the statistics. Use the buttons on the right to switch between periods, such as a weekly, monthly or quarterly view. In the middle you can also select an exact date. You can filter individual statistics periods via "Individual". Read statistics In the upper left corner of each chart you will find the key figure (e.g. tickets or sales) as well as the time period it refers to. In the upper right corner there is a reference value that refers to the same period of a previous period. For example, if you look at the sales from the month of February, the sales from January are displayed in gray. Above this display is the percentage change between the two values, which is highlighted in color.
Statistics
Turnover -- The turnover statistic shows you how much income you have generated with the POS sale of tickets and products in the selected period. Revenue is gross revenue, including adjusted outer charges, which is the total revenue you generated.
Expand allDiscount statistics
Using the Discounts section in the POS module of the Dashboard you can view the statistics of used discounts. The overview is displayed in charts similar to the statistics charts and can be read in the same way.
The discounts displayed in these statistics do not include coupons or vouchers. Instead, volume discounts and POS discounts are shown that were previously stored in the event settings and redeemed via the POS system.
One chart is displayed for each discount. The chart shows the usage figures over time of this discount. This allows you to see how often discounts have been used in your POS.
AccountingExport data
All data generated from a POS cash register can be exported as a .csv file so that you can evaluate it internally and share it with your colleagues. In the Export data section of the POS module, simply select the period for which you want to generate the export and click Generate. You will then receive a .zip file with five different .csv files:
Cancellations -- This export lists all cancellations from the selected period. The list will show you the exact time, the checkout, a cancellation voucher number and the reason.
