Checkout Steps

Checkout StepsGeneral

With Checkout Steps, you can customize your checkout flow and guide customers step-by-step through the purchase process. This feature gives you the flexibility to structure the sales process exactly as you envision. Determine which tickets, products, or vouchers are offered at each step, and add descriptive texts and images to each step.

Key Benefits:

  1. Optimized Customer Experience: A clear structure and targeted offers simplify and enhance the purchase process for customers.

  2. Increased Flexibility: Adjust the checkout flow at any time to accommodate new products, promotions, or marketing strategies.

  3. Increased Sales: A well-designed checkout flow can improve conversion rates, leading to higher sales.

Use Cases

  1. Upselling: Expand the checkout process by adding additional merchandise items in a subsequent step. This way, customers receive an additional selection of merchandise products after choosing their tickets. Through individual steps, you can flexibly categorize products across different pages.

  2. Combo Tickets: Offer customers a specific selection of tickets in each step of the checkout process to make ticket combinations more comprehensible. For example, the entrance ticket can be displayed in the first step, camping tickets in the next step, and parking tickets in the final step. This helps customers select their ticket options step by step.

  3. Tickets & Products in a Single View: Present tickets and products on a single page. While in the conventional checkout, products are always displayed on a separate page, you can use Checkout Steps to display both items together on one page, offering them directly one below the other. This ensures a clearer and more user-friendly presentation.
