Roles & Permissions
Roles allow you to restrict access to your seller account for specific users. For example, you can define who can make settings changes or view statistics. There are predefined roles available that can be combined as needed.

Unrestricted access to the seller account.
Can view, edit, and create everything.
Support Specialist
Suitable for ticket buyer support, POS, or access control staff.
Access to customers, transactions, tickets, and the support module.
Can manage tickets and transactions, including cancellations.
Cannot make settings changes or view statistics.
Support Specialist | Module Access

Suitable for POS staff who need to make and manage bookings.
Can manage transactions and customers.
Cannot make settings changes or view statistics.
Sales Manager | Module Access

Suitable for on-site staff on the day of the event.
Can view and export tickets.
Cannot make settings changes or view statistics.
Attendee Manager | Module Access

Suitable for accountants, marketers, or analysts.
Can view and export all data.

Suitable for operational staff.

Note: Data can still be viewed and edited via the API.

In the POS Access section, you can individually determine for each user whether and to which cash registers they should have access. POS access can be combined with dashboard roles but can also be used separately for cash register staff. A user can have access to any number of POS.
