In order to be able to use the Badge Printing module, the following points must be observed:

  1. Create the desired document in the Template Designer and link it to the event or the individual ticket types. Especially for labels, it is suitable to use user-defined template dimensions.

  2. Connect the desired printer and select it in the header of the POS App including the appropriate template. Any printer that can process PDF files can be used.

  3. Optional: Connect a classic 1D or 2D scanner. Pay attention to the scannable barcode formats. You can use any scanner that can be connected to your computer. Scanning via the vivenu Access Control app is not possible.

For the sake of better readability, the simultaneous use of the language forms male, female and diverse (m/f/d) is waived. All personal designations apply equally to all genders.
