Usage

Proceed as follows to use the Badge Printing module:

  1. Connect a printer and optionally a scanner to your computer.

  2. Open the POS App and log in with your Dashboard login data.

  3. Select the connected printer and the corresponding template in the header of the POS App via the Printer tab.

  4. Go to the Tickets module.

  5. Click on the Scan button. The barcode input window opens.

  6. Now scan the barcode directly or enter it manually into the input field. If the ticket is valid or has the status detailsrequired, a detail view will open. Printing will not be triggered from this point on and no checkin will be registered yet.

  7. Click on Print ticket to print the document of the stored template.

  8. Click on Checkin or Checkout to change the checkin status.

  9. Then you can directly scan a new ticket or alternatively enter a barcode manually via the input window.

If you want to print a document of which you do not have a ticket barcode, you can simply select the ticket in the Tickets module and click on Print ticket to trigger the document print.

For the sake of better readability, the simultaneous use of the language forms male, female and diverse (m/f/d) is waived. All personal designations apply equally to all genders.
