Create Sales Channel and Sales Channel Group in vivenu
Log in to your vivenu account.
Navigate to the section for Sales Channel Groups.
Create a new sales channel group and name it clearly.
If you intend to assign specific events or secret shops to Tiqets, ensure the group is configured to restrict event access. If you plan to give Tiqets access to all your events, you can set it accordingly.
After creating a sales channel group, navigate to the Sales Channels section.
Create a new sales channel.
Name the sales channel "Tiqets" for easy identification.
Assign new "Tiqets" sales channel to the sales channel group you just created (e.g., "Tiqets Distributors"). Set the type of the sales channel to "Distributor".
For inventory allocation:
Option A: Toggle on all events for 100% of your inventory. This is the simplest method if you want Tiqets to sell tickets for all your available events without specific restrictions.
Option B: Toggle it off and enable the sales channel on an event or secret shop basis. Choose this option if you want to control which events or specific inventory is available to Tiqets.
Attribute Inventory to a Sales Channel
If you opted for more granular control:
Create a Secret Shop: In vivenu, you can create a "secret shop" specifically for Tiqets. This allows you to curate which events and ticket types are available to Tiqets.
Within the secret shop's settings, toggle on the "Tiqets" sales channel.
Expand all(If applicable) Enabled Contingents on a Seatmap: For events with seatmaps, you can enable specific contingents (blocks of seats or tickets) to be sold via the "Tiqets" sales channel. This gives you precise control over the number and location of tickets Tiqets can distribute for a particular event.
