  1. Request VictoryLive via the vivenu marketplace. The team will be able to introduce you to our point of contact. Marketplace requests will alert the Customer Success Team.

  2. Complete account creation and begin the onboarding process with VictoryLive.

  3. In vivenu, navigate to Settings → Sales Channels. Create a sales channel and a sales channel group, naming both "VictoryLive." Set the sales channel type to "Distribution."

    1. Configure event access: Choose to restrict event availability or make all events accessible. Refer to documentation for detailed configuration.

    2. Configure the VictoryLive Sales Channel: If you are unable to see the Sales Channel Module, you may ask your administrator or the vivenu team to activate it for you.

  4. Attribute inventory to the VictoryLive sales channel. This can be done by enabling contingents on a seatmap via a secret shop, or by making all or specific event inventory available.

  5. Generate reports from vivenu by pulling a sales channel report from the platform.
