Via the basic settings you can choose how long the ticket information should be displayed after scanning a ticket.
What is ticket information?
After a ticket has been checked in or out, a pop-up window appears on the screen showing you information about the ticket holder, the check-in numbers and the signal color for the scan.
The display of this information disappears after a short time. You can freely choose this period.
The following options are available to you:

Open the vivenu Access Control app on your device and log in.
Go to the settings wheel at the bottom right.
Scroll down to Hide ticket information.
Select the desired display duration. A blue tick appears after selection.
Ticket Download Frequency
Attention: This function can only be used with an active internet connection.
On the device, all ticket data is downloaded at regular intervals to record changes to the ticket details. This allows, for example, newly generated tickets or cancellations to be recorded and taken into account directly in the scanning process.
You can freely determine the frequency of this download. This allows you to influence battery life or data volume consumption, for example.
Follow the steps below to change the ticket download frequency:
Open the vivenu Access Control app on your device and log in.
Go to the settings wheel at the bottom right.
Scroll down to Ticket Download.
Select the desired frequency. A blue tick appears after selection.
Pro Tip: If you offer a place to sell on the day of check-in, we recommend a download frequency of 30 seconds.
