The ticket purchaser is currently in the checkout process and has not yet completed it. The status starts with New as soon as tickets are added to the shopping cart. The tickets are thus reserved for a selected time in the shopping cart and cannot be selected by another ticket purchaser.
Complete
The checkout and thus the transactions have been completed successfully. The Complete status has no influence on the ticket status or payment status.
Aborted
The checkout was automatically aborted after the reservation time. No payment was made in the specified time because, for example, the checkout was abandoned or too much time elapsed. All tickets were invalidated by the system and released for sale again.
