The ticket is valid and can be scanned via Access Control. If personalizations and extra fields have been activated, they have already been answered successfully, unless the status has been triggered manually.
Invalid
The ticket is not valid and is not recognized by Access Control.
A reason for invalid tickets can be, for example, aborted transactions or cancellations.
Reserved
The ticket is currently in a purchase process that has not yet been completed. This could be during a transaction or due to ongoing reservations or Purchase Intends. The status will change once the transaction is validated, canceled, completed, or cancelled.
Detailsrequired/Details
Required extra fields and personalizations have not yet been completed by the ticket purchaser. This prevents the buyer from accessing their tickets. Unless explicitly changed, tickets with Details status will be marked as invalid by Access Control. The ticket buyer can add the necessary information via sent emails at any time and thus validate the tickets.
Blank
Tickets created internally by us are shown with a neutral status. These are, for example, ticket forms and the like. Blank tickets could be manually validated and then used like a normal ticket.
