After completing a transaction, the ticket purchaser is taken to the order confirmation page. Here, the most important information about the event is displayed again, the ticket purchaser support is linked and all purchased tickets are displayed.
On the order confirmation page, individual components can be changed via the event settings.

Additional text
If you want to add additional information for the ticket buyer, you can add text to the order confirmation page. You can find this setting in the tab Custom and Order process.
Do not show tickets
You can disable the display of tickets for the order confirmation page. Independently of this, there is also the option to disable sending the ticket e-mail. You can find this setting in the tab Custom and Order process.
Support Text
The text for the link to the support will be set automatically.
Custom Order Confirmation Page
If you want to use a completely custom order confirmation page, you can link directly to it after completing a transaction. You can set the URL for this page in the Custom tab and Order Process.
