The Hero Shop is an overview page where all your events are displayed and available for sale. Use the Hero Shop to promote your events collectively and create a unique store experience. The Hero Shop can be customized and individualized through many settings. For example, you can create sections to group events into subcategories or use your own domain to further enhance the store experience.
The Hero Shop is yours and yours alone to customize and use as you see fit. To access the settings, go to your settings in the dashboard and click on the Shop tab.
To view the Hero Shop, select the Open Actions button in the settings and click View in Browser.
Edit Hero Shop
In the dashboard via settings, there are design options that can be used for the Hero Shop.
The following options are available:
Hero Shop Settings
Expand all
Title image
Use the shop background to select an image for the Hero Shop, which will be displayed centrally. Since the image changes depending on the browser window size, you should be aware that it might be cut off on certain devices.
Background Color
From the design you can customize the background color of the Hero Shop. You can choose between a Dark and a Light mode.
Show Sections Only
Enable this setting to hide all events on the Hero page and show only the store background and sections.
Event Display
Select a desired display for the events. Events can be displayed in a tile, list or calendar view.
Hide past events
Decide if events with an event end date in the past should still be displayed.
Description text
The description text is located at the bottom of the Hero Shop and each event page. You can customize it in the settings by selecting information. Use the description to add general info about the organizer.
Logo
The logo (500px x 500px) can be customized via Display.
Accent color
You can find the accent color for each event in the event display. The color can also be adjusted via Display in the settings.
Hero ShopSections
Sections allow you to create additional overview pages in which selected events can be offered. Sections can be linked to the Hero Shop as needed. Alternatively, external links can be stored as sections to forward to an external URL.

In the Dashboard, go to the Shop tab via your settings to create and edit sections. In Sections, you can add or edit new sections to the Hero Shop.
The following settings can be defined for each section:

Expand all
Activate Section
The section can only be used after it has been activated via the active button. Activation does not affect the visibility in the Hero Shop.
Hide past events
Decide if events with an event end date in the past should be displayed.
Hide Section
If you hide a section, it will no longer be displayed on the Hero Shop. As long as it is still active, it can still be accessed via the link.
Section Name
Choose a name for your section that will be visible to ticket buyers. It will appear both as a heading in the section and in the Hero Shop as a redirect button.
Section Background
Choose an image that will appear as the header image when the section is opened. The image will also appear in the Hero Shop as a redirect button.
Section Logo
If needed, select a logo that will appear above the background image in the Hero Shop instead of the name.
Events vs. Link Forwarding
Decide via Target if the section should be used as an event overview or as a forwarding to an external link.
Background Color
Select a background color for the section via Design.
Event display
Select a desired display for the events. The events can be displayed in a tile, list or calendar view.
SEO Tags
Add SEO tags to improve indexing. Confirm a tag by pressing Enter.
Indexing
If NoIndex is enabled, the section will not appear in search engines. Use this option if you want to hide the section.
Events
Add the events that should be displayed in the section.
